opinions - PS3 vs. 360 for Sports games

I like ps3 controller better for ps3 games and the 360 controller better for fps gamees

My cousin just got a big 52" Sharp Aquos LCD, totally bad *** set...he's big into sports games, that's pretty much all he will play, he's just not sure which way to go...he already has a blu ray player, it actually was a throw in with the TV as some promotion from CC this past weekend. So that aspect really wont matter...suggestions?

Awesome TV, one of the best LCD's still, especially for the price.

I think "The Show" series is exclusive to PS3 IIRC. I prefer MLB The Show to any other MLB game.

i own a ps3 and it is one of the best investments I have ever made. definitely go with the Ps3.. you will not be disappointed.

I like the PS3 because it also plays blu ray. I also like the controller better. In NCAA, running the option is more difficult on Xbox vs. PS3. And the graphics on NCAA were worse.

Live is the reason I would say 360, you can get a 13mo for around 35 on sale every few weeks, I have all three systems too. PS3 is for bluray and exclusives mainly.

i say PS3 because you also get bluray and built in wireless, it also has an internet browser built in, although kind of sluggish at times

i like my PS3 a whole lot better than my 360, just seems alot better overall, where 360 has some rough edges
