Looking for the best of sq + spl mix but probably more towards SQ as these will be mounted IN the cabin. 4 will be utilized.

IDs are nice speakers...I have a 10

I have heard the ID's and they get nice and low and sound very tight. Those Rainbows look rather cheaply made like some PA speaker. I would go with the ID's personally.

LOL ... rainbows cheaply made?? C'mon now.... they may look odd to you because they are shallow?

Anyways.... I am probably going to go with the ID's unless someone offers me something in my thread in wtb that I can't beat.

Keep in mind guys 2 of them will be fully IB and 2 will be in the rear doors sealed up so I need a very versatile sub...

ID's seem to be the best candidat in that regard.... I will consult with Don soon.

I have those ID's mounted IB in my rear deck. I am happy with them, tight, deep bass and they work well in sealed or IB. I'm not sure what will happen mixing sealed and IB though. Someone mentioned mixing sealed and IB on ID's forums and they said it wasn't "optimal", it's probably better to go all sealed or all IB.

Main reason I am not too concerned with mixing is because I'll have fully independant control over each set of the subs. Thanks for the info bud!! Worst case I can use the ones in the door IB as well and just not seal it up all the way, just deaden and seperate the front and back waves.
