opinions on soundstream mono amps?

Im trying to find a cheap but decent amp for my girlfriends new car. I need to power two e8's, so i need about 400RMS @ 2 ohms, and i found this little guy

they're decent, had a trx1000.1d, however it stopped wokin on me after a month or two, but i think that was on my part.
