Opinions on Soundstream EGA300.2X

What are your opinions on the Soundstream edge series amps? I haven't really heard of soundstream, but from what i was able to dig up, soundstream makes some real good stuff. Any opinions on the Soundstream EGA300.2X amp would be great.

Edge and Xstream are very much similar to Power Acoustik ever since the buyout. If your going to go with SS I would stick with Van Gogh or higher. There's alot of nice features on the Van Gogh's that you wont find on the EGA series.

Yeah, I've heard to stay away from the amps in the middle i.e. Edge, Xtreme. So eother look into their higher end stuff i.e. Van Gogh or look into their older stuff like the Reference or Rubicon series.

Thanks. That was the impression i got from what i've read...the lower end amps aren't that great, but the higher end ones are good. Thanks, any ideas on good amps?? I'm looking for one that is 2 ohm mono stable.

Rubicon amps are exellent and can be found at great prices
