Im looking for an amp to power my two 12" Kicker CVR Subs Dual 2 Ohm, would this be sufficient or to much?

I may use it to power my two 10" Apline type E's During the winter would this be to much of sufficient?

It will work, but it's on the weak side.

A pair of dvc 2's means a final impedance of 2 ohms. The ratings for that amp are complete BS so you're left guesstimating by fuse size. It has 2x25's so if it's reasonably efficient for a class D it's going to give you around 600w at 1 ohm, probably 400-450 at 2 ohms so 200+ per sub. Same with the E's.

It would be among the "iffy" amps as far as reliability as well.

what the hell did you look at that told you that,and it does 900 at 2 ohms for 80 bucks,great deal IMO

those CVR's are only like what 400W rms? all of those amps are plenty of power...

the $80 shipped sony or the $100+ shipping Kenwood would be the way I would go if i only needed that little amount of power

Correct, I like the first one more than the sony. good, safe power for youe subs at a great price! Sony would probably work just as well fo ryou, I just don't like sony myself...

I run a older Sony XM-235 2ch on my comps. Sounds clean and loud. Sony Xplod = walmart
