Opinions on psi drop in??

I have a couple skar vxf 15s and was wondering if dropping in some psi recone kits would be worth it?? I'd really like people's input that have used these drop ins but I'm open to all advice.

I've done several boxes for PSI drop ins, I've never heard something bad about them, personally. They seem to do their job well.

All sorts of different motors man. Usually it's older woofers people recone that they can't get parts for anymore.

Ive seen recone kits for these subs but I didn't know if psi soft parts would make them better in any way. Also how do I know if I can put my subs in a 4th or 6th order? And is a 4th or 6th order any louder than a slot ported box?

That's really a very specific question you'd have to figure out in a design process. As far as better? I have no idea. I don't think it'll be by any means at all. You may be able to request a more sealed or ported oriented woofer. I'd maybe try to aim for soft parts similar to the OG ones, that way the woofer maintains it's natural balance.

I used to have a re audio mt15, that had a psi recone, that sub was a beast dude.
