Opinions Needed Please! :)

Alright. Let's start with the subs. I have two inifinity perfect 10.1 subwoofers. I need to know whether I should go ported, or sealed. How do you think I should go? I am making the box myself.

Also, I need an amp for those subs. I was looking on eBay and saw an Ultra Linear amp. Are these any good? I know you guys "say" that pyle, profile, and pyramid as well as other amps aren't good..so I stayed away from those. Here are the specs on the amp:

2,400 WATT 2 channel car amp

2400 watt x 1 Max Power @ 4 Ohm

600 watt x 2 RMS @ 4 Ohm

900 watt x 2 RMS @ 2 Ohm

The amp does come with a 1 year warranty. So if it is bad, what is the worst that could happen? Realistically.
