Opinions Needed on System Build

Vehicle: 06' F-150 Supercrew

What I want is good sounding system, clear, SQ more than anything, decent bass. What do you guys think of the following? I would also like to hear opinions if you think I might need an EQ/Processor or anything else .... let me know. This is what I got to work with so far.

Pioneer Avic Z1 HU

Diamond Audio D6 6.5 Component front

Diamond 6.5 Coax rear

Diamond D6.400 Amp for front and rear

Diamond D6.400 Amp for Sub (2 channel bridged for 300x2)

2 x 10" ID10v3's 4ohm

Box is .6 cu per speaker, downfire, under back seat

diamond makes good subs, i would get the diamond hex s600s components though.

I'm running the hex s600s components in my ride. Very nice sound in my opinion. Especially for the price. The amps also put out a pretty clean signal.

I'd say it'll make you a pretty nice setup there.
