one subwoofer louder than other

I had 2 12" subs in a sealed box running off of a 1200 watt soundstorm amp (i know its a piece of crap in transition for a better amp). I just bought a new car so I haven't bought the new amp/installed the subs yet. One thing bothered me however when they were in my truck. If you look at the speakers, especially noticeable when the volume is low, one subwoofer is louder than the other!! it is especially noticeable while looking at them, one sub always moved farther out than the other so much that it was very apparent. anyone have any explanation for this? Thanks in advance!

Haha, and the same company / model?
indeed. I know it is weird. both are mtx's, and both are 4ohms. the only thing I can think of is that crappy soundstorm is a 2 channel amp. maybe one channel is outputting more power than the other. both are wired the same as well.

is the amp stable bridged to 2 ohms? if so, do that.
or measure the output of each channel of the amp with a DMM
yes I do believe so. but don't get me wrong though, If i bridge a 2 channel amp with 2 4ohms speaker will the amp not see a 1ohm load?
