one side louder than the other

Are the speakers connected to the HU amplifier or do you have an external. Check the connections on the speaker wires to the amp, if your running an external amp check your RCA, and I feel I shouldn't need to say this but always check your balance as well. If both your front and rear on the same side are weak, this could very well be the problem.

no amp just hu.i just installed these 3 days ago.i replaced pioneers with alpine.never a had a problem tell now.i was playing with the balance and fade when i found the problem

 
No check your polarity and your connections. Make sure the + are matched with the + and the - are matched with the -. Then at the same time make sure your "clips" are secure and properly crimped or soldered.
