?? On Charging Multiple Batteries

I was looking around about charging multiple paralleled AGM batteries.
I am trying to figure out if they need to be removed and charged separately or can I charge them all together while still in the vehicle. I haven't been able to find anything that is very clear.

I always used a Ctek 7002 to charge multiple batteries wired in parallel. No problems.
