Omg Wow! Dls A7 Is An Amazing Work Of Art! Pics Inside...

I am so glad I do not have to bother with the onboard crossovers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Want the manual for it..? And yes just checked, the rears will do bandpass.
Like alphaken, I also was comfused with the manual- thats why I rather know from actual users like yourself. The diagram does show a HP and LP separated filter switches, but just want to make sure as I'll have no processor for some time.

Gotcha, Well I am not quite a user yet myself, install is no place near complete. But working for a company with engineers that write crosseyed manuals like DLS has for the us market, I actually understand what they are trying to say haha!

Got to test her out today in the shop to make sure there was in fact no internal damage and wow! Everything worked flawless. I did not get to load test the sub channel, only ran it at 4 ohm but it quickly sucked the life out of my 20amp powersupply and shut it down into protection with a decent bass hit. Very cool! Justr glad all seems ok! Now just have to fix that rear mount.

Yeah I know, that one corner is bent pretty bad. But thank gosh the rest of the amp that is visable when mounted is mint. I tested every single thing out on the amp, and man that says allot! Took me over 45 minutes of just testing to make sure everything was working perfect! So many freaking features and things to test it was crazy. What a quality peice of equipment to take a hit like that and be flawless. I can think of many amps that 1 drop or light hit will total them. One thing that really stood out when testing was how SMOOTH the pots were. Felt really high quality. They had a damped tight clean feel to them.

Also looks like it had to be hit on that one corner more than one time for it is bent bad. I will stick her in the press tommorow. Press is strong enough to smash the amp longways if I wanted it to, so I think it will take the bend out nice and clean //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Watch the gain adjustment on that thing...my A5 is very sensitive, just moving the knob a few degrees results in a 5v jump on my DMM. I just love the gold on the titanium with the things...and the fan termial, pssssht forget it....these things are sweet as hell mang. And what a testiment to build quality and durability, having the thing practially rolled down from O Canada and it still performs like a champ!!
