I told my lil bro to never touch my ipod lol. well i left the house and i come home to a 4 digit password needed for it to come on. and of course he says he dont know it..... anybody know wat i can do? thx... or should i call apple and ask them

Never heard of an ipod needing a password.

If it really was your brother, then its simple- make him tell you the password.

Just start at 0000 and go all the way up to 9999. One combination of numbers at a time. I have had to do this with a bunch of combination locks. SO I dont see why it wouldnt work if you were to try it on yer ipod

ipod.com has a thing to download to factory settings....its all good now
