Older Alpine Decks

Alpine CDA-7998, CDA-7995, or CDA-9835?

I believe all of these have 3-way crossovers...

Which one is the best of the three?

I'd choose either the 7998 or the 9835, depending on the price you can get them...

the 7998 is pretty killer. another older Alpine that was great was the 9813.

On e-bay they're all around the same price, 170-220$

Do any of you guys know of an online retailer that would have them other then e-bay?

I dont know if it has changed but alpine used to restrict all online sales to crutchfield. If bought anywhere else alpine will not warrenty it. As I said this may have changed but I know a couple years ago it was that way.

^bro all of these decks will be out of warranty anyway.

I work at an authorized Alpine dealer, the only reason I'm asking about these is because they are not current and I can't get them new anywhere I know of. I don't like the '06 gear that much

I'm going to be running amps... thats not a problem. Already have them in fact. What is the crossover like that is built in to the 7995?

I think it's like any other crossover just more configs. Has more options than my old DEH-P80MP.

I got one now and the only other units Id trade it for woulf be a 9815, 9833, 9835 or eclipse 8053.
