They might, but most likely they have more of a bling factor and less of a emphasis on quality.

Generally speaking, if you can buy it at best buy, you shouldnt put it in your car. And, if it says xplod on it, it should only be in your car if youre on your way to the dump.

dudes, i'm not going to buy sony speakers. i made that mistake log time ago, i'm just wondering if they sound better now.

they sorta rebirthed es their site was suppost to be up on the first but its still down. no its not called es its something else no processors or amps but 2 or 3 pretty killer decks so far

i used to have a mobile es set-up. (audiolife-remember the sonys at custom audio?) i must say the older subs with the cast iron heat sink stickin out wanged hard!! i had those powered by a es mobile 1200 watt class d with Oz vector comps in my 97 taurus and that shyt sounded good!

yup yup center caps looked like bottle caps lol they were sweet. i just wish i could get ahold of my dad's air compressor but too many sad things going on now for me to ask him. all it would do is gimme something to do until then ..... bahhh people should just be immortal.

the high end es line used to own those companies an es z-50 is equal to an alpine f 1 status set up if not superior to it and thats 6 years old lol sony can make about anything they want as far as r and d goes they are probably still ahead in the game thing is they are all about $ and mobile es lost alot of $ so they canned it although in japan they still produce hi end for there. they just dont think american people are willing to actually spend money on exquisit car audio. xplode is what they think they will sell so its what is out there.
