I have the manual that I can print off from the Fosgate website if someone wants.
I'd give it a 8.5/10 cosmetically, I got some smudges out but there are literally only a couple scratches on it and nothing major, it's in pretty good shape for a 16 year old amp. Works 100% obviously.
Only thing it's missing is the little rubber plug on the bottom.
