I dont know much about the zx1000 older kicker amp but it doesnt have any controls..

How is this amp and is it worth 275.00 at a pawn shop.

I had the zr600, little brother to that amp. It will most certainly wang, One of the car audio mags did a review of those amps and found that they made rated power at 10 volts! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

Do a google search on them, people love those amps. If you need a crossover module for it let me know, I have one sitting here still. Be forewarned however.....those amps are the defining example of current wh0re!

Edit: 2ohm btw, I don't think they are 1ohm stable. Don't quote me however.
