old school amp help needed!!

which amp do u guys think would be best for running my 2 10" jl w7's

the subs are single thres so its either gona be a 6 or 1.5 ohm final load

my choices are

soundstream rubincon 1000 with hawkins control

orion 250g

autotek 33mxi

autotek mx-1300

or an autotek 333bts or 330mxi
