Old Pioneer Head Unit

I have a pioneer DEH-P960mp. It must be about 10 years old. Is there a demand for this head unit? I know when it came out it was about $700.

What do you think its worth? Ebay has one for about $275. Is this reasonable or way too high?

I'm not sure if I should try selling it or just giving it away to a good friend.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
