Old guy roll call

33 here....in the crossover from young to old.....

No need to work out 4-6 hrs a day. Just stay active, mobile. I am 6'3" 215 lbs. I should be around 190 though. I float between 210-220.

I have 2 kids....and that is enough to keep ya in shape.

 
37, Neck and back surgery still in pain but work hard everyday doing autobody. I noticed around 25 it was hard to get the extra pounds off.
