These are all the things I have right now... NONE are installed besides the HU

1)700BT premier pioneer HU

2)2 s12l7's 2ohm

3)zx1500.1

4)20 ft of 1/0 gauge for big 3

5)1/0 gauge knucko amp kit

6)box is under construction

7)stock battery

8)stock alternator (80 amps)

I still dont have a HO alternator or a kinetic/optima battery :/

besides these two what else do i need? and please dont say a cap //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Im already killing my alternator enough //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif I know I need some aftermarket speakers/tweeters aswell but Im short on cash for that right now...

Another question btw...

I have bought a fuse and fuse holder for the big 3 for the wire between the alt + and the battery +.

I know another fuse comes in the kit... will I be needing any other fuses/fuseholders?

Besides fusing the main cable and any distro blocks you might be running I think you're good.

20 ft for the big 3...? You really shouldn't need more than 5-7ft at the most.

I can always sell the rest or maybe even put it on my moms truck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

what main cable are you talking about btw?

i was gonna say make sure you have proper battery terminals to hook up all the wires to the batt..and make sure you have enough wire terminals/ other hardware
which battery terminals do you recommend? or how do I know which ones i need? any links? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Your main power wire... your amp kit most likely came with one right?

I would recommend to you something like this from Knukonceptz, very good company. Check out their website for more options!

and i read somewhere on here that you wont to put two fuse holders on the pos. side i dont know but thats what i read 1 on front and 1 in the back my back battery is on the way so if this is correct someone comment

and that terminal I put it where? on my battery? explain... i know i'm a noob :p
yes you put it on your battery. if your battery has top terminals. if not then dont get this terminal. if you only have side terminals you may have to use ring terminals on your wires and use an extended bolt to make them all fit. but some batteries dont have top terminals. hope this helps.

That would go onto your POS terminal of the battery, connecting your power wire to the rest of the system. If you do not have a top post battery you will also need a top post adaptor (Found online; an audio shop or car parts place might have them as well). That particular terminal has a 1/0ga output, a 4ga output, and a 1/0ga ring terminal. Knu makes pretty good stuff.

If you have a dual battery setup (one in front, one in back) you'll want to fuse the POS battery wire 6" or less from the front battery, and do the same thing to the battery in the back. The purpose of these fuses is to protect the wire in between the batteries.
