Ok, Im going to be upgrading my alternator (was thinking 200-225amp) shortly, the big 3 soon, and I have my stock battery and a Batcap 800 on the way. 1/0gauge wire. What am I going to need to keep up with say...

2 IA 20.1's with an additional 600-800 on mid's and high's. say less extreme I run the IA 20.1's at 1ohm, most extreme I go nuts and put them down to .33 or so each.

This is for a daily driver, maybe an occational show, but not major competition.

A 225amp alt would handle a 20.1 fine, but 2 20.1, you're pushing it, especially if you run em at .33. Aside from that, a few more batteries wouldn't hurt.

wow 600-800 watt front stage? image it properly and tune your system and you shouldn't need that much power. i'd say big 3, alt, 1/0 gauge wire, and maybe a 2nd battery.

those 20.1's are a currenty hog specially at .33. buddy jsut tested today with 2 16v turbo starts and drops 6v
