drink lots of water, that will help fill you up alot. Run a lot, its better long distances than faster, faster doesn't necessarily burn many more calories, just gets you in better aerobic shape, which really doesn't have much to do with losing 10 pounds. Don't drink soda, or beer, eat fruit instead of shit like chips. I lost like 25 pounds last year, diets never really seemed to work for me, eating specific thigns is just rediculous, i think its easier and healthier to just eat most of wha tyou used to eat, just less of it. You should lose atleast 2-3 pounds a week if you excersise a little bit everyday and eat right.
