I think you were on another thread asking about dynamat. **** linky thing didn't go through I don't think. Sound Deadening Materials for Noise Reduction from Second Skin I think they have some application videos as well to get you going. I'll be honest, a lot of times on metal I just use the stuff from lowes that is for a roof that looks like dynamat. Think it's called peel and seal. Hollow voids I use spray foam. It's really for space hardware, I imagine great stuff foam in a can would be similar. I used the overkill from the link for the back of the plastic upholstery panels. They usually have a few sales a year. You will most likely have to do all of the plastic panels behind the seat in that hatch area. Then chase down the other squeaks and rattles as they come out. I just ended up doing every plastic panel.

For any refrence of a better box when I had my HHR I ran two DD2512's in a vented box on 1500 watts and did a 148 at a show....I was hoping for a 150 but it still took first...

that amp is not 1 ohm stable.

this is why newbs should not be trying to help newbs.. confusing me.. everyone saying different things.. wiring to 1 ohm on an amp thats not stable.. **** man

??If he is only doing 127 i say this is the least of his problems.. there is a wiring or box issue or both here

Keep up. He has new subs and box on the way suggested/designed by pro-rabbit. Now he is looking into deadening. Has an all plastic interior. Going to be a big mess with that many dbs.

in many instances an amp may not be advertised as 1 ohm stable but actually is
