Would something cheap like this work in the trunk or is this battery crap

if you just want a cheap battery see if any of your local autoparts stores has any used ones for sale? I work at an advance autoparts and I am in charge of a used battery program, for my store pretty much what happens is if someone brings a battery in that they leave their lights on for a long time the battery goes completely dead. well when we put it on our tester it immediately comes back as bad and bam they get a new one, now if the battery is relatively new I put it on a charger, let it sit for 24 hours, put it on a load tester, let it sit again and test it one more time to verify it holds a charge and resell it. We also sell any battery that is returned by a customer as a "used battery" as well as any battery a few months old from the shelf. I currently have 4 optimas from running this program. only one has died so far (my fifth one) and that was after a year of owning it. The store I work for sells them for 20 bucks no matter the size or if its an optima or whatever.

Nice thanks for the info ill try that out

whats the point of getting all that unnecessary electrical upgrades when its just ?900 watts?..... I used to be running 1400 RMS off stock electrical with 60 or 90A alternator, I cannot remember but I was an idiot back then.

The most you will need is big 3 with 4 gauge and a yellow top under the hood.

you dont need an upgraded alternator or two batterys or even 0 gauge.

Get 2 or 4 gauge for under 1000 watts.

now I NEED big 3 and a hc2400 battery and 0 gauge with 2500 RMS amp and 400 RMS speaker amp.

dont waste all that money.
