The Chasis to the Neg on the Batt, and the engine to the chasis was easy.

What is the best way to do the Positive from the Batt to the Alt. It goes through a fuse block. One wire connects inside the box and the other end to the Alt(thats gonna be the hard one to replace) the other wire runs from the side of the box to the Batt. (this one wont be that hard). Whats the best way to do this???????????

Ignore the stock wiring and add your own.

So then I should just leave the stock wire from the fuse box to the alt, and run a bigger wire Straight from the Batt to the Alt.

how'd you do the engine ground? mine is way back deep down in there

The engine ground went from a bolt on the front of the block to the Batt. Terminal, then a wire from the terminal to the chasis.
