Ohm's Law?

2010 Jeep Commander Sport, Factory everything, non-NAV, non-BostonAcustic... One of my dash speakers is out, checked wiring with speaker from other side and it works fine... Question is that I cannot seem to find an 8ohm 3.5" replacement that is not a $12 paper POS! I'm looking to replace both of them with Infinity, JL, Etc... Any options? (Besides replacing HU & Amp) TIA!
