Well, soon to me is 2-3 months. I've got this box already made, just needs one more baffle, and its an extended cab, so I don't need a truck box

I would probably use some type of gromet and seal it up.

It's completely doable. I don't understand why people don't put amps and stuff in their boxes. (well, that's a lie... amps is too much, but batteries work.) As for power exchange between the box... talk to Wasted_Ink and get one of his hardcore terminals, and ask him if he can do a bigger bolt, and ask for a Copper one.

That way, you can basically have a terminal out, and terminal in... and if you do decide to get the terminals from Wasted, get ones for your subs, too.

Well it's gonna be 1 + and - of 2/0 welding cable in and 2 + and - of 2 AWG out, the fusion has dual power and ground inputs...

maybe i'm confused as to what you're saying? Are you saying to just have one solid piece of copper to link the two batts together and have that same piece stick out the box? Wouldn't you lose conductivity if you ran it though wood?

I don't think its a good idea. Batts are **** heavy and will take up alot of space. Think of the airflow, it won't be good with such an odd-shaped large object inside. Slowing sound waves down will lead to not being as loud
