Yeah, that blew my mind.

That's one of the reasons why detecting a neutrino is so hard to do. They have no charge so there's no interaction with anything unless they hit it. So they've got huge vats of perfectly temperature regulated homogeneous water (not tritium or deuterium) with some of the most accurate detectors on it anywhere in the world in an underground bunker basically.

Pretty much unless you're talking about a neutron star or a black hole I don't think a neutrino is likely to hit any stellar object. Even the sun's core is apparently only like 12x more dense than earth mass on average.

Atoms are 99% empty space. The nucleus holds all the mass with a bunch of empty space out to a super thin shell. The universe is basically 99% empty.

They aren't empty, they are just partially in this dimension. There is no such thing as a void. There is no such thing as emptiness. A true void can never exist, because there would literally be nothing there to know it existed. It's a paradox.

Mass is only relevant to the third dimension. As in, if you go the speed of light, you become mass-less. If you exceed the speed of light, you break the fabric of space time and enter into the 4th dimension.
