If you have a Henry's or something near by you can get some soy mayo or some shit like that. Truthfully it tastes just as good as regular mayo and once you start eating organic bagels and stuff like that, you'll be surprised at how much you can tastes the additives and whatnot from regular food and how bad they actually tastes. Healthy food or not, you still need to exercise at least 15-30 mins a day
