what a classless team the PP's are. Chicago did the same thing when they lost 5-1. Just take a loss. Didn't see detroit go around throwing penalty after penalty in either of the last two games they lost :ugh:

funny thing, my dad said last night "where the hell is our fans outside of the arena??"

penguins fans are so crazy that there are plenty of fans outside of arena watching the stanley cup on the big screen..

I told him I think Detroit is just used to winning and we all expect them to win, no need for any craziness from the fans lol..

Also he said why dont we give out red shirts all over the seats so that way it is red everywhere (just like pittsburgh gave all of their fans white shirts).. I just think it is pretty funny how their fan base try to back them up while we got nothing and still we are winning sofar lol..

And seriously, if those fans are just as classless as those penguins players, then I think there will be a riot in pittsburgh if wings wins the stanley cup at pittsburgh dont you all think?

First, where the hell are the fans suppose to sit and watch the game outside of the arena? They'll fall into the Detroit River. There is no screen outside the Joe so why would fans congregate outside? I don't understand why Pittsburgh handed out white shirts when they were in black. Detroit fans generally know to win red. I don't understand where you think the fan base isn't backing them up? Go to any of the bars downtown. Last year there was over 1 million people at the victory parade. Finally, did Pittsburgh riot last year when the Wings won last year in Pittsburgh? If so, than you got your answer.

I never said Wings do not have any fanbase.. we definitely do have big fanbase, I am trying to say that it is an "old" thing around here that everyone is crazy about wings.. while down there it is more of a new thing and very noticeable..

You must never have been to Joe Louis Arena. There is no area to gather and watch a game outside. The nearest area for a large gathering would be Hart Plaza which is too far away from the stadium. The only thing a monitor would do outside the Joe, would be for people driving on Jefferson, or from a boat.
