Whether Stephens is any better or not, they need to try something different. Not that it would make a difference playing a team like Florida that's better at every position anyway. Damn it. Florida is lucky TN doesn't have QB. I think UT earned a little bit or respect from this game. Losing by 10 in the swamp was a win for Kiffin IMO, especially with no QB play at all. I knew it wouldn't be the 50pt beatdown the media was clinging to. Even the announcers were saying during the game about how ugly it was fixing to get (even though it was 16-6 in the 3rd). I think everyone just saw that the almighty gators can be beat.

Eric Berry got player of the game. 11 tackles 2 for a loss and 1 very athletic interception. I think it says a lot about the kid being POTG on the losing side. Man I will miss this guy. Tebows heisman run isn't looking good. UT held him to 0 passing TD and just a tick over 100yrds passing.

I agree, I think if we had the threat of a long pass we might have won. I'm happy for Crompton anyway. He didn't win the game for us, but he didn't lose it for us either. He played much better than last week. Berry is just amazing and at this point is the only outstanding player on the team imho. Florida definately looked beatable and are lucky they've got a soft schedule until the SEC championship game. USC losing makes me feel a little bit better too.

Did you watch the game? I'm really hoping the Gators win the National Championship again this year but they're going to have to play better than they did today.
