Coming from a huge buckeyes fan, Pryor is over-hyped. He has no poise at all and folds under pressure. Just looking at him on Saturday pissed me off. Barkley was so much more composed than Pryor it wasnt even funny. Some of Tressle's play calling is definitely suspect but Pryor honestly looked like shit.

His number 1 option every play should be run, run, run...He is Vince Young, Mike Vick, Senaca Wallace, etc...Run if the guy is open and run if he is not, he tries to squeeze the ball in tight places at times, But I honestly believe its Tressel telling him to do that.

This is true. And even on the last drive it was more Mcknight than Barkley.

I am just saying Pryor looked scared. Like he has no confidence. The dude has talent and is plenty fast, but he needs to become a leader. I also think Tressel needs to step down as play caller or take off the sweater vest or something to shake up the program a little bit.

Quit being *******. Risks can and often do pay off. Hell, instead of punting, let Pettry kick a 50 yarder, dude has a 60+ in his leg. He's done it in practice.

I still don't understand how he still holds his starting job. I mean he has thrown more INTs than TDs in his career. I guess the talent at the QB spot is really really bad.

He's your typical run-first QB, much like others of his kind, who freaks out when he has to pass to try to win.

Not really. The swamp isn't the best place to break in a QB otherwise Stephens would already be in that spot after Cromptons performance last week. Stephens really isn't better anyway. I just hope he can manage not to turn the ball over and keep his head on straight. The QB spot is lacking at UT and has been for a while now. Gosh what I wouldn't give for a Clausen to be under center right about now........

Whether Stephens is any better or not, they need to try something different. Not that it would make a difference playing a team like Florida that's better at every position anyway.
