Last year I acquired an Arc Audio KS900.6 6 channel amp for $290. Did I do good? It was a recently reconditioned amp from Arc Audio. The amp rocks, but, did I get a good price?

Well seeing they go for $750 yes $290 is a good deal but... Idk why you wouldnt just buy a 4ch and then a mono block for the subs. What is 155watts per sub channel gunna do on that arch amp.

Well, this is what I am planning on doing: I will replace my Eclipse 6x9s in back with a couple of Tang Band infinite baffle 6x9 subs. This way I can go active without having to put another amp in my trunk. The 6 channel amp will be able to push the four drivers of my front stage and the two subs. But, if I were to keep the Eclipse 6x9s and just put a sub in the back, I can bridge the two sub channels and get 550 watts for the sub...according to the spec sheet. But again, if I do that, I cannot go active w/o having to get another amp. And a big reason to go with the Tang Band infinite baffle subs is that I need the space in my trunk. If I get a normal sub, then I will not only have to put the sub in the trunk but also find room to put the second amp (if I want to go active).

well he did spend 3 grand on the system I dont know whats worse. a bad girlfriend or a bad shopper's sense. Imagine what he blows in his GF while shopping with the two combined.

sad thing is i dont think a lot of these guys are exaggerating. I think they really are that stupid. I saw a reciept once.
