oem integration vs aftermarket hu

so i keep hearing that products like the 3 sixty or cleansweep are not as "good" as aftermarket hu's. Why is this? I mean they both correct factory eq settings, time align and offer rca connections. So i'm not seeing what the difference is besides all the bells and whistles on the hu.

Please offer some opinions, thanks
