Odd subwoofer "breathing" when sound stops should I be worried?

Oh I know it won't be as loud ever, but I did expect the 4 8's to be louder. That is why I am surprised the 2 8's are louder than your 12" w7. The w7 has more cone area and should have been able to get just as loud if not louder

I don't know if you will ever get the output of the 4 8's to be louder than that 21". Even with 4 8's the cone area of the 21" is nearly DOUBLE what 4 8's cone area is. I never said it was a 12W7 haha. It was a 10W7. Which means my 2 8's have slightly more cone area now than the W7 did

I think I am eventually going to have to do a blow through 4th order in my truck to get what I am after.. In my old suv with one dd 15 I would barely be able to breath sometimes. I miss that choking bass!

Nice videos everything looks nice the only thing I might add is you might want to invest in some sound deadening it'll help won't get the trunk to rattle nearly as well but should see an increase in overall performance in the car. Other than that it looks pretty sweet.

I'm already aware of that and it's on my list of things to do including batteries and Ho alt and more. Just can't afford everything at once ya know. And besides. Those videos were not meant to show off the system they were for diagnostic purposes for the people that were helping me. Lol

Take it as is but the order I went in was battery, sound deadening, the HO alt, but I was getting ready to do some SPL comps but have slowly been getting into the SQ the more I play with it.

Yeah well eventually I will probably be upgrading to a 3500d amp and getting more subs so ill the alt eventually.

Well that's not gonna happen this is a daily driver. And eventually going to be sold so needs to be easily put back to stock. Not to mention I have nowhere near the needed money to do a wall haha. Or the tools and know how lol

I am prob going to lift my seats and build a bigger box for the 8's cause I don't think I have enough airspace for them to perform properly

Ur def getting the excursion. But you didn't show off any flex or anything so hard to gauge just how hard they're actually hitting in the truck. Nice song choice though. I have a vid of my 2 8's on that exact same song, check it out.
