Odd Memphis PR100.4 and PR1.1000 problem

To start off im not sure if the problem is my amp or my Pioneer D3. I had the $ channel hooked up in 3 of my old cars and never had a problem with it but as soon as i bougtht the D3 and tried installing it in my new car (97 Buick Riviera) the speakers will buzz extremely loud (even with the volume at 0) and will hear the engine whine through them. I thought i had bad RCAs so i tested it with new ones, same thing, moved the ground to 4 or 5 places and still happened so im lost as to what else it could be.

I hooked up the 1000 last night n it would just be a single loud bassline even with the sound at 0 but the thing is both amps perfectly fine when the car is off. As soon as i start it the problems happens.

Any ideas??

I bet you blew the Pico fuse in your Pioneer D3.

ETA: Check **HERE** for one of the fixes.

im gonna try grounding the rcas connections on back of the deck tmrw but what exactly is a Pico fuse?
