numbers of wire?

I know the size wire and the number of runs is dependent on the amount of amps your amp(s) requires. Im currently saving for a bigger system, somewhere around 5000 watts rms, and was wondering on how many runs of 0 gauge wire I should use from the front battery to the bank in the back???
