Sounds like an enclosure issue to me.
Either the box is too large, too much port area, or playing too below/above tuning.
could be lots of problems... to big.... wrong port... ect.....

i bet its the 1000/1 when i had my old one running at 1.5 ohm on 2 13w7's it did that when it hit a certain freq. changed the amp to my autotek and it was fine

im putting the full 4k off my autotek on a single omega 18 and it takes it like a champ..
