Noticeable Difference going from LOC to RCA preouts?

I've been running my LOC for about 8-9 months now, and I'm doing my audio conversion tommorow to my gear with all RCA preouts for all channels. Is there a noticeable sound improvement going with RCAs over a LOC? I have been using a 4 channel Dave Navonne LOC.

its a pretty big deal. Or well it can be based upon which HU your replacing it with.
