JL 500/5

for... 2 12" infiniti references (each 300W, 4 ohm), and mb quart components.

if the rms watts all match, then your game.

not sure but i think JL amps can be wired in any ohm?

You need to give us the exact models of your equipment to be certain but I have some info for the amp. JL amps can't be wired to any ohm they are just more... flexible. The front channels would be at 4-ohm stereo with 100w RMS into each side. With those subs you could wire them to 2-ohm getting 250w RMS total to the subs. That's a little weak for those subs, they could take more... I am assuming the 300w each you said was an RMS rating, once again I just can't say for sure...
