Line drivers amplify the low level signal to a higher voltage? If so, thats what I was asking about in the thread "RCA Pre-amp", and nobody said anything.

The one on ebay has 4 vrms out, and the other is 3.4. But the one on ebay looks a little too cheapy.

Im looking for one that wont hurt SQ or have much (if any) noise.

Anybody have any suggestions? Im dont want to spend for then 30 dollars total for it.
