Not sure what to get... HELP

Hey i need to buy woffers for my 88 sentra...

The setup i currently have are (4) 6 1/2 3-ways at 180 watts each 2 for front and 2 for rear

a sony x-plod Class D amp at 1000 watts

and the sony CDX-650X head unit

I need to know what kind of woffers to get cuz i wanna hear some real bass

If you have any suggestions please let me know

Well...speakers just depend on a few factors:

1) How much trunk do you need?

2) How much power do you have (seems like enough with that class d.)

3) How many benjamins you can live w/o.

Bigger is better with woofers if you are looking for the real deep bass. You can put together a pretty good ghetto-bass rig with some cheapo 12's (like those that you find where you buy one and get the other free...(2) 12's for $100 ain't bad.)

A good pair of 12" subs, in a well constructed, ported enclosure is usually suffinent. Check out JL Audio 12W4's or 12W6's...not bad for the money. Kicker Competition series also rock, but they stay in SEALED enclosures only!

I don't know everything about that mono amp, but I think it is designed for a 2 ohm mono load...which would be two 4 ohm speakers wired parallel.
