not hitting????

I have a rf hx2 15" punch pushed by a jbl 600.1 at two ohms.... i built the box myself (first time i ever worked with wood) and its about 2.3 cu ft tuned to about 35 hz... its just not hitting like i think it should .. especially on higher notes like on "bia bia", which should freakin slam ... is this because the box isnt sealed or its just not the right box for that sub???

o yea...i have to lpf set to the highest frequency so it should pick up those higher notes that "rattle"

Maybe its not tuned right? Maybe its because those are 15" subs?

can't be because they are 15's, my 15k will rips my car apart during that song. Maybe you could try turning off the lpf off and see what happens. Does it slam during low frequency songs?

600W does not seem like much for a 15" HX2; I put 700W each into my 12" K's and they ask for more....

i say give it more power although with 600 watts almost anything should move at least decently.

more power?? ... the rmof the sub is 600 watts and my amp is rated at 700 watts... i only have one punch hx2 .. im pretty sure its 600 rms
