Not happy with box

5 cubic feet with 70 sq inches of port tuned to 45...(i kno wut u gonna say)

the subs

2 dd 3512

the amps

jbl 1200.1

the results

P0ooo POoooo

ii'm gonna plug the port so thats its 12.5 x 3 , bringing me down to 33 or so, give or take 1 hz.....

any one have suggestion?

Tuning your box to 33 should give you a lot better SQ. I would go with your idea.
