Noone ever use KBAUDIO for amp repair!!!!

I am so furious right now I don't even know what to do.

To make a long story short I send my amp PPI PC2150 (in MINT condition) to them to repair do to rca inputs messing up. after reading some bad reviews of their service and getting very poor lines of communication from them after many emails, I sent numerous emails telling them not to repair my amp just return it to me and refund my money minus return shipping costs.

well today I received my amp and it is the worst packing job ever. it looks like ACE VENTURA packed and delivered it. And when I sent it in I had the amp double wraped in bubble wrap and packed with peanut packing, and packed by UPS and sent. It was excellant packing. Well they sent it back in a box that was 5 times too big, with very little packing material inside and a piece of bubble wrap placed on top and TAPED to the sides and bottom. The mounting feet are bent and there is a gash in the cover. (I will have pics up soon). I am so pist right now I don't know what to do. It looks like they ignored my request not to fix it and did anyways, I will know for sure tomorrow when I hook it up.

What should I do from here????

yeah i had a hard time with kbaudio. lots of unanswered calls and it took twice as long to get my amp back (2months).

my tantrum is with them being repaired right now...i hope they don't **** it up again (they repaired it, and zachzchw had it and it fried in like 20 minutes, then they said something on the heat sink rubs and they kno how to fix it so it's back with them AGAIN under warranty of course and i bought it off of him so it's technically mine now).

i'm scared now..

Thats why for like 20 dollars more, I sent my Tantrum to Phoenix Gold to be repaired. I got it back yesterday, after only about 3 weeks of waiting. They packaged it extremely well double boxing it and all. To top it off the amp works like a charm now, even better than before.
