Noobs Wiring problems

Okay This is the layout of my system:

Headunit: Alpine 9855

Fronts: Boston Acoustics Pro60

Fronts Amp: Hifonics ZX7500

Rear: Boston Acoustics FX93 6x9

Rear Amp: Headunit

Sub: RE 15" XXX

Sub Amp: Hifonics BX1800D

I also have a carputer so I know I will need electrical upgrade:

Optima Yellow top in trunk

Optima Red Top under hood

250 Amp Alternator

Big three wiring

I have been trying to read how to wire this system but it is so confusing

If you don't feel like typing it out posting links will help too
