noob question

Basically you just need an amp that is going to give you the rated power of the subs at the load that it requires.

So a dual channel amp, bridged, or a mono will work. Just as long as you don't over-power the subs.

If it all comes to one speaker terminal, then you will have no issues.

If there is a speaker plug for each speaker, you may need to rewire. The only thing you really DO NOT want to do is run a 2 channel with each channel going to a sub.
