Noob needs install help

Id rather have the JL amp.

So, if we had to choose between a JL 250/1

A 300/2 wired like this

or the Rockford Fos. Punch P3001

Given they're all about the same price on ebay etc.

Your expert opinion for this clueless newb would be to:

Lose the q-logic box and build another one to spec with 3/4" MDF.

250/1 with the sub wired like

well, seeing as I bought the qlogic box when I mounted the speaker thinking I had the right amp, thats a no-go //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I'll just rock a 250/1 amp from JL and call it a day....

Get a new enclosure. Mounting the speaker to a box isnt permanent...
