funny thing is,, over the next 7 days I will be in all of the countries he has in his sig!! (except russia, but.. my baby bro just married a russian chick!)

Am in Netherlands now.. Will drive back to sweden tomorrow, going through Germany, boat to Denmark, boat to Sweden (or should i take the longest bridge in the world????) then 4 days later after i handle my business and things in sweden, Flying back to the motherland, USA!!!

Aside from that distraction,,, I know little about DLS from Sweden. Thumbs up or down? Swedes rarely make low quality anything.

DLS has been Euro SQ champs 2004-2006 I think, pretty good stuff, and hitting new countries in europe is like changing counties in the states lol

I am a little nervous though. Euro road trips are a little more intidimating then our classic US road trips! Although all "standard signs" are the same in EU all the sudden the languages change and there are additional country specific signs that i have no idea what they mean. I have done a couple of road trips over here, but always with friends, that yes,, speak many more languages than me!

This trip il will solo. Just me and my 93 ford modeo, new LG headunit (as someone stole my blaupunkt and smashed my window (even thoguh **** car was unlocked) my front cheep pioneer speakers, rear stocks and sony xplods in a prefab box with a legacy amp!!!! HAHAHAHAH!!!

Ill leave at 3 am tomorrow (yes, even in netherlands it is becoming daylight this time of year) and hopefully do the trip in 14 hours, give or take. Besides of being naturally nervous about driving in the dark because of my eyes,, even in the u.s. I broke my glasses last week so have to do this trip in daylight only!!

(and yea,, russian girls are FINE but a bit not so user friendly when it comes to "importing them to the states" I was married to a swedish girl, divorced, in a 4 year relationship with another swedish girl, seperated and now 4 months with a norwegian girl!! Scandinavian girls have all the fine aspects of russian girls, but are easier to deal with internationally!! that is if you can get over their world famous aggressive independence!!! yes,, distance wise that is very true!! But going from western europe into eastern europe can be a nightmare!! Last year, we went into hungary and no one could even help us understand the system at the petrol station where you for some reason had to pay to use the winshield washer wands....

Oh well... It is always a learning curve!!

Most mainstream (cc+best buy "mediamarkt") audio over here is similar to us, with one exception. There is a big market for Fusion, and i have only had good results with the fusion equipment i have used.

funny thing about swedish culture,, just by its very egalitarian nature,, loud car audio is EXTREMELY FROWNED UPON.. Took me a while to understand why,, but it is true.. So in cities,,, even in popular areas,,, you NEVER hear any bump... and most competitions take place in the middle of the country side in obsucre locations!
